BARNSBY Special Crowne, Dressage saddle in good to very good condition. This lovely saddle was built on a Schleese Adjustable tree Schleese-Special.Seat: 17"
Panels: Smooth integrated panels.
Tree: Adjustable, currently set to about M-MW wide. Gullet opening is 5 1/2".Flaps: 17 1/2" from stirrup bar to bottom of flap. There are padded knee inserts and moderate blocks. Ideal for a tall or leggy rider.
Billet System: The adjustable V-Webbing billet system allows for correct billet alignment and equal pull throughout the length of the tree.
Leather: Covered in French Style pebble calfskin and smooth leather.
Condition: This saddle is in good to very good condition. There are light rubs from the leathers/rider's boot. The billets are in good shape. There is some color fading throughout. This saddle has a fairly narrow twist, generous gullet channel and giving panels. The comfortable deep seat feels secure and puts the rider in the correct position.
