This LL Bean tent is at least 35 years old. It is in wonderful condition with no rips, tears, or other flaws. The canvas bag it comes in does have a few patches. Also there is a rain cover! This is truly a wonderful piece that shows great American craftsmanship. Can easily fit 4 people. Again, very well cared for. Please do ask questions!!!!
