Used but in very good condition. Only used for showing and stored in a closed tack room when not being used. Has some marking on the left fender which is covered by the rider's leg. Please see photos. Includes matching breast collar. Was told that the 14 before equitation on the serial number tag is the model number. The seat measures 15 inches from the back of the gullet to the back stitching. See pictures to verify seat measurement and gullet size. It does have semi quarter bars.
