This is a new pair of handmade step in chaps made by a grumpy old cowboy from Happy, Texas. He has been building cowboy gear since the 1970’s. He does a really nice job. They are marked with his stamp on the belt. He builds real cowboy using gear and has built chaps and chinks for many cowboys throughout the US and Canada including working cowboys on the JA Ranch, LS Ranch and Bell Ranch. These chaps are made out of about 5 to 5 ½ ounce buckskin chap rough side out and are trimmed in the same chap leather smooth side out. This leather has some body. They are buckstitched with latigo lace leather. The lace leather is hand cut and beveled. The yokes are triple thick. They have a heavy latigo leather belt, fringe, 20 stainless conchos, two inside pockets and stainless tie ring, and stainless belt buckle. These would be a great pair of using chaps.Measurements: Waist 34” to 42”, Upper Thigh 24”, Knee 19 ½”, Length/Out-seam (top of yoke to bottom) 39”, Fringe up to 6”, Belt Strap Width 1”
