This is a 16" Hereford Flat Seat Cutting Saddle in Real Good Condition , it has Stainless Steal Riggings , Patted Leather Seat , Rawhide Covered Oxbow Stirrups , Free Flowing Stirrups , the Leather was Soft and Pliable when I got the Saddle but Very Dirty so I Cleaned , Oiled , and Conditioned the Saddle and Now it is Very Comfortable and Quiet , it has Semi Quarter Horse Bars with 6.5 " Gullet , This is a Nice Solid Cutting Saddle !
