Super nice Billy Cook Sulphur OK maker cutter. Serial number 7536 0493694. It has a 16 1/2" seat, 28" skirt, 3" cantle, 7" gullet, full qh bars, matching back cinch. This is a heck of a rig, great condition. I do my best to photograph everything and note any faults. But I am human and could of missed something that you may see.
