JRD Custom dressage saddle for sale.
Saddle is used, but in very good to excellent condition. Seat is brown calf leather, the rest of the saddle is black buffalo leather with brown buffalo leather thigh blocks and black buffalo leather flaps.
This is a very comfortable secure saddle that I rode in about twice a week or less for about six months. Since then, it has sat in my house, clean, dust free and with regulated temperatures. Included with the saddle is the pictured green plaid quilted saddle cover that completely encloses the saddle and has a shoulder strap for carrying.Seat size - 18 1/2" from saddle nail to top of cantal
Gullet Width - 5"
Flap - side to side is 42"
My inseam is 30 1/2 ", height 5/6" and inseam to kneecap (thigh length) is 14".
Cantle is 5" wide
This saddle was custom made for four Rocky Mountain Horses that were each built slightly differently except none had high withers, all had fairly low withers.
