This is a quality used trophy roping saddle that is also good for pleasure and trail riding. It has been my personal using saddle for several years since I acquired it. It's been oiled regularly and is a great stout saddle. I hate to see this one go, but I got a new one for Christmas, so I need to put it to use on the ranch for 2017. This Dawson saddle is a good one and is built to last much longer!! Hope you enjoy it as much as I have! It has 15.5 to 16 inch seat depending on how you measure and full quarter horse bars with about a 7.5 inch gullet. (see pictures to verify measurements.) and the rawhide covered tree is solid and sound and the horn is tight. It was won by the 2000 Dawson Saddle Club High Point Roper 40 and Over as depicted on the saddle. (see pictures). It shows some signs of use and has some scars and scuffs, but it is heavy duty made to last saddle, weighing about 47 pounds and comes rigged to ride with all the rigging shown in the pictures: used cinch strap, off billets, used front girth and flank girth and the liner is still decent. (see pictures). It has the good wide stirrup leathers and saddle string D's behind the cantle (see pictures) and It's ready for you to ride many more times! The $33.99 shipping is to all buyers located in any of the lower 48 United States, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but there is an added surcharge for these locations.
