This is an absolutely gorgeous jacket by The North Face, who sold it originally for $300 or more. I say or more because I ended up having to purchase it from the North Face store in Buenos Aires, where the price was higher due to import taxes. I had to get it for an impromptu trip to Patagonia but I only ended up using it very gently three times on the trip as it was unseasonably warm most of the week. The jacket is practically new, still in perfect shape. I am taking a big loss on it because 1) it didn't fit ideally and 2) I found a Himalayan parka at a great price and decided to get that instead. This jacket has a really soft, comfortable lining. It's warm in very cold temperature, we had snow, ice and low temps and it felt great. It also wicks sweat effectively, you can move around on the slopes or in the woods without that annoying feeling of being too hot and then too cold when you sweat. Great jacket, regulates temperature *very* effectively. This one is a size XL and of course it's guaranteed authentic, bought directly from TNF store in Buenos Aires.
