In accordance with Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract / order stipulated on the Internet without penalty and without giving any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions.The right to cancel contract:• For lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and/or its contents)

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal within a period of 10 (ten) business days from receipt of the products ordered, the customer must send to the address below by registered letter with return receipt. The communication can be sent, within the same period, by telegram, telex, facsimile, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours.The communication must contain:
1. the wish to avail oneself of the benefits granted by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999
2. the indication of the/the product/s for/i where/i is decided to exercise the right of withdrawal
3. the data relating to your bank account (in order for the return of the sum).To obtain a refund of the amount paid, customers will have at their own expense, return the products purchased at the following address: Jtrade S.r.l.
