Columbia Outdry Ex Gold Jacket When your hike or training can't wait for the rain to stop, this shell offers ultimate waterproof protection in extreme weather. The fabric has the breathable waterproof membrane on the outside, so you don't feel damp on the inside. Its reliability is reinforced by an attached adjustable storm hood, fully seam sealed construction, external seam tape and bonded hem and cuffs. Underarm venting adds to the airflow. The central zip and hand pocket zips are treated with water repellent technology.
The Outdry Ex Gold Jacket from Columbia is made with an OutDRY shell which is constructed to work as a fully waterproof Membrane layer, ideal for wet weather conditions to keep the wearer fully dry, with a breathable lining which draws excess sweat and moisture away from the skin and moves it to outer fabric layers where it can be easily evaporated, leaving the wearer cool and comfortable as they explore. An Storm Hood has been fitted which has an adjustment system fitted around the edge, allowing the wearer to adjust the fit around the heads and face which could help to block out cold weather conditions. A Venting System has been added under the arms to allow warm air to be released from the jacket, helping to keep the inside as cool and comfortable as possible. The Full Length Front Zipper is PU Coated to block out cold and wet weather conditions, keeping the inside warm and dry even during bad weather. Zip Fastening pockets have been added to both sides of the jacket which can work as space to put the hands to shield them from the cold weather, or the pockets can be used for securely storing essential items. Cuff Adjustments have been added to both sleeves which allows the wearer to adjust the fit around the wrists to meet their personal preference which can also help to prevent cold air from getting up the sleeve and into the jacket. A Drawcord has been fitted to the hem of the jacket, allowing the wearer to easily adjust the fit around the hem of the jacket which, like the adjustable wrist cuffs, can help to prevent cold air and weather from getting into the jacket.
