I contacted Bobs Custom Saddle to get the exact criteria for the Serial Number which is B 95 -345 and was made in 1995 and cost $2,500 back then. This saddle is actually a 15 inch seat but when I measure it, it is 16, I will include a picture of this. This saddle is in great condition and the fleece is also in great shape. Very pretty saddle and comfortable to ride in. The tree is a Buster Welch that is 8" and 6.5 gullet. (The tree alone now runs around $300) It has a narrow DP seat which is like their cutter or flattest seat per the person I contacted.
