This is a used kestrel 4500 NV pocket weather tracker. I am unsure of how old it is, as I got this in trade for a rifle scope. It has backlit display (night vision) and uses two AAA batteries. This is not the bluetooth model. I do not have the box nor instructions, but they can be downloaded online from the manufacturer. It works like it should, but does have a light scuff on the display. The scuff is so light that it is very hard to see when the display is on. Shipping is free and will be USPS priority mail.
