Post & Insurance: Our goal at Discover Outdoors is to package and post all items as quickly as possible to go out in the very next postal run after payment has been received and cleared. Postal runs are daily, Monday to Friday. No post on weekends or public holidays. Please note our handling time can be approximately between 2-4 bussiness days.  It is the customers responsibility to take out insurance. To pay for insurance you must contact us on 0247325091 or 0434552807 during business hours. If item becomes lost or damage during transit we will not be held responsible.You will need to contact the postal service provider if this occurs. Items will not be covered if insurance is not taken out. The majority of our goods are shipped with Australia Posts trackable eParcel courier service. All items require a signature on delivery. If there is no one to sign, the package is returned to your local PO or Parcel Delivery Centre and will await collection.Bulky items are generally posted with Couriers. Couriers CAN NOT deliver to PO Boxes, so there must be someone home to sign and receive the product.  Express post is available. Incorrect Item Received:
If you have not received the item that you ordered, please notify us on the customer service number above. If Discover Outdoors have sent the incorrect item in error, Discover Outdoors will pay all postage costs to rectify the problem. If the item received is due to incorrect selection and the correct item is required, Discover Outdoors will accept the item as a return at 100 percent of purchase value providing the item and packaging are in excellent condition. However, the purchaser will be required to pay the postage to return the original item and resend the replacement. Items must be returned before replacements will be sent.Refunds:
Refunds without exchange can be issued if you are not happy with your purchase, however a 15 percent restocking fee will be charged to assist with covering costs associated with the transaction. The buyer will be responsible for postage involved with transaction. Apart from faulty items being returned under warranty, all items returned must be in the original packaging, un-opened, unused, undamaged and with no wear and tear. Postage costs must be covered by the customer both ways for change of mind returns. Which means you have to pay the cost of sending the item back to us plus the cost of sending an exchange product back to you. You need to keep a copy of your receipt and invoice for all returns and warranty claims. We will not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns. For any returns you need to contact us first before sending tiems back. If a refund occurs due to a faulty item, refunds will be 100% on the price of the item only not including postage cost. International customers only: All products purchased overseas need to follow the above information and all costs associated with returns or warranty claims are the customers responsibility. All taxes on international purchases are not charged by us but by your own state or country. These are not our responsibility.
