This outwell 5 is being sold with foot print, cool box, gas camping fire, gas camping stove, pegs, there is also a couple off blow up beds if required. I quickly put the tent up just to get pictures so not up properly it is on a slope. It also comes with inner tent that you can keep attached to it. I had to put a patch on it as i stupidly left some bread on floor an a sqirrel tried to get in. It is totally rain prove had no trouble with it. You can see pics where it has been patched. I will add more pics in next couple off days. Cash on collection.
