Black Bart Chili with Beans
INGREDIENTS: Cooked Freeze-Dried Diced Beef, Crushed Pinto Beans, Crushed Black Beans,
Tomato Powder, Potato Starch, Chili Powder, Low Sodium Salt, Tomato Flakes, Mixed Red & Green
Bell Pepper, Garlic Granules, Cumin, Chopped Onion, Jalapeno Pepper Powder, Basil, Oregano.
Directions:
1. Open can and remove oxygen absorber and spice packets.
2. Reseal can with plastic lid (provided) and shake vigorously in order to
re-distribute dry mix.
3. Boil two [2] cups of water in pot or suitable container.
4. Add one [1] spice packet and one and one half [1 1/2] cups dry mix. (Please
note: 1 1/2 cups dry mix = two [2] servings)
5. Stir well, cover and remove from heat.
6. Allow to stand 15 minutes.
7. Stir and serve.
May be prepared HOT or COLD. Cover can with plastic lid to preserve remaining
unused mix.
