Returns and Exchanges Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not happy with any purchase, we gladly accept returned merchandise within 30 days of its receipt — provided that items are still new, unused, and in the same box or container within which it was shipped to you. If you wish to return an item, please send us an e-mail, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Did we make a mistake? Please notify us within 10 days of any discrepancies in your received order. That way we can fix the problem ASAP. When you contact us to return an item, you will be provided with a return address and a return merchandise number (RMA number). We do not list a specific return address because not all items are returned to the same place. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package before sending it to us. Writing the RMA number on the outside of the box speeds up the return process. Exchanges Want to exchange an item? We do not process traditional exchanges. However, we do ask that you accept responsibility for the item once it is handed off to Customs, as that is where the tacking will end for your shipment.
