This Butet saddle in very good used condition. Used approximately for one year, then has sat in my closet. It needs a good oiling as we are in Los Angeles and the weather is dry so it needs some attention around the front of the saddle and on the flaps. However, the saddle has no major scratches nor nicks and the tree and flaps and everything else is in great usable condition. Much of the stitching is still white too that's how little this saddle has been used. My Butet rep told me that the change from original gold color on the seat and flaps was because in 2001 Butet used leather from different kinds of cattle which for some reason naturally changed color over time. This saddle is not faded as it has never been left outside. But always stored properly and with care. And honestly, it looks a lot better in person. The photos do not do it justice. This saddle is comfortable and ready to go. It has a standard tree 4" dot to dot, Number 1 flap 13" down and across. And a true 16 1/2 inch seat. I am sorry but i cannot do any trials but this saddle can fit on all shapes and sizes of horses and ponies with ease. It has been a wonderful saddle. For personal reasons, I couldn't ride and thus it sat in my closet for years.Please let me know if you have any questions. I am happy to discuss with you or I can take extra photos if you need me to.
