The tent material is made of polyester taffeta and the floor material is made of polyester oxford. The tent comes with a 1-year waterproofing adhesive already sprayed on the tent. After the first year of use, we recommend the tent be sprayed with a waterproofing seam-sealer (could use McNett Seam Sealer). All of our tents fit within the CPAI84 fire-resistant act, however the tents are not fireproof. Do not attempt to cook, smoke, or use any form of lighter inside the tent. Also, on our SUV tents, they should not be attached to a vehicle without checking that the tail pipe has cooled down.Thanks and Have a Great Day!
