17.5" seat. MW-W tree stamped 3x4 spring tree. Older custom saddle. Six months ago it was reflocked by Sheryl Lemke. Slight discoloration on the back side of cantle and a few small spots on the flaps and on the front sides of the panels/knee rolls (see photo) if you really look hard, all from sun fading. The panel has a small scratch from a saddle rack, does not go all the way through the leather (see photo). There is a few bits of stitching that came undone on the underside of the flaps (see photo) but does not effect saddle in any way. Very thick heavy duty buffalo leather, very supple and soft. I am being extremely honest and picky about its condition so no confusion is to be had. Very nice saddle, kills me to sell it, I have had it sitting in my tack room for years, but I just don't have a horse to use it on. Large knee blocks. Very sound tree.
