The Outwell Tomcat LP Tent is the largest model in Outwell's new range of polyester Smart Air inflatable tents. It sleeps up to 6 people in 2 x 3-berth inners. These inners have a zipped divider and so can be opened up into full a 6-berth inner or, one half of the inner can be completely removed if not in use. The inners themselves feature a stylish embossed pattern and the new Wave-Shaped hanging system to prevent stress at the attachment points. Outside the bedrooms there’s a massive 4.0x3.6m living area that provides ample space for all your camping furniture. There's huge tinted panorama windows either side of the tent each with internal privacy curtains. Tinted windows reduce the glare from the sun but also increase your privacy levels. There are two side entrance doors one of which features a Rain-safe canopy over the top for weather protection. At the front of the tent is a large panel front door that can either be rolled-up of propped out to form a sun canopy (porch poles not supplied). The tent is made with Outwell’s top-grade 150D Outtex 6000 Polyester Taffeta with fully taped seams providing an impressive 6000mm hydrostatic head waterproof protection. Other features include the new Outwell Floating Guyline System – two colour guys that help blend with the tent but also prevent becoming a tripping hazard. Pitching is further simplified thanks to the Outwell Easy Pegging System that helps quickly locate the right peg for the right location. To erect this tent simply plug-in the double action hand pump (supplied) to any of the tube section valves and pump-up to the required pressure. The whole tent will erect itself from this one valve - called One-Go Inflation Technology. Unlike other inflatable tents, all of the tubes in the Smart Air range are joined via the central roof ridge air beam. This also means that in the unlikely case of a tube failure, an isolation valve can be used to ensure the whole frame does not collapse.
