Fabulous condition! This is a much sought-after Genesis Special with the BioMex seat engineered by Stubben and is the choice of top dressage rider Catherine Haddad, Grand Prix competitor and trainer. The deep seat places any rider - beginners through professional --  in proper frame with a tremendous feeling of security within it. This saddle will take you to the next level of your schooling while minimizing the impact to the low back. This saddle has a spring-designed tree, with high-quality leather and padding throughout. The tree is a medium (31cm) and fits almost all horses. The specially designed tree is sturdy for any size rider (I am not a slim person).  My horse (an Arabian) is very comfortable with the fit, despite his mild, sway back! The best feature is that it is the closest contact I ever had with my horse. The moment I saddled up, my horse's frame became collected immediately! Because he was comfortable, we progressed in our training much quicker! Sitting an extended trot was smoother and more close in contact than I had ever experienced. I would describe it as if I were riding my horse bareback and in a professional posture! You will realize how incorrect your seat is after a few sessions with this saddle. We were both exhausted after our first month of training but the muscles we developed were ESSENTIAL to the dressage sport.    I purchased this saddle new 3/2011, and have the original factory receipt. I must sell this saddle due to my horse and I retiring from the sport and my daughter not interested in riding horses. I was unable to fully break it in (due to my horse aging out of the sport) so it is just like it came from the factory. This saddle has all the dependable Stubben quality you can expect and a guarantee from Stubben America that it will fix and/or customize this saddle to your request. They made some modification for me, which I got back within 10 days!  I feel this is an heirloom saddle that will last generations and it is ready for a new owner!
