Will ship continental US (local pick up in Tompkins County, NY is available). MeasurementsSeat 15.5"Flap: 13" from stirrup bar to the bottom of the flap.Channel: 4.5" beneath the pommel, 4" in the middle, and 5" under the cantle.Tree: estimated to measure between 4.5" to 5", as measured in the photo.
