Saddle is made with Herman Oak Leather carved with Magnolias for a southern flare. Custom made conchos are also Magnolia flowers. Tree is pine wrapped in fiberglass to create a light weight saddle which weights 28 pounds. Made in Bishop California in the late 1990's at the saddle making school by the owners of the school Ken Partridge, Ted Schindler and Ray Vierra who are master saddle builders and master leather carvers. It is a piece of art. Natural light leather, it has been used lightly and does have a few dents and dings, notable a couple of scratches that would be under the right thigh. Supracor padded chestnut suede seat, 6 silver conchos. There is a latigo on the left but needs the right side billet. Length of saddle from from to back is 29 inches. Gullet 7 inches. Fleece lined in good condition.
