IT HAS A 16" SEAT, 6 3/4" GULLET WITH FULL QUARTER HORSE BARS, 4" CANTLE WITH A CHEYENNE ROLL, 3" STIRRUP LEATHERS WITH BLEVENS QUICK CHANGE BUCKLES AND HAMLEY TWIST, MEDIUM WIEGHT SKIRTING THAT IS NICELY HAND TOOLED, LATIGO SADDLE STRINGS, ALL BILLETS AND BACK CINCH IS INCLEUDED.
