This is a small seated BLACK English style sidesaddle which I believe is probably Amish made. The leather is nicer than the sidesaddles I have seen made in India, but not quite as nice as the English made ones. The saddle does not have the sidesaddle girth, but I do have a Black 52" Wintec english girth (it is on this 15.2 hand horse in the photo). The Girth would run an additional $50.Seat measures 16-1/2" from pommel stitching to the cantle. The rider in these photos is under 120 pounds and she is almost too big for it, so it should fit a small rider.Gullet measures 7" from D ring to D ring, and the channel measures 4" wide from panel to panel. This saddle fit nicely on my horse who is 15.2 and has fairly prominent withers. This should give you an idea of what it will work on. I DO NOT think it will stay put on a mutton withered horse.I do not know who the manufacturer of this saddle was - I am selling it for an aquaintance who purchased it for herself but was too large for it.
