Still great condition. Only used around 5 times. This is a great tent and scores 9.2/10 on ukcampsite.co.uk http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/tents/p/Outwell-Vermont-XL/299 I bought this tent new in 2009. Included with the tent is a carpet for the main living area. The living area has no damage, rips or tears. The only damage is on the separate groundsheet for the porch area. There is a small hole in this groundsheet, but this does not affect the water proofing of the main living/sleeping areas.
