This ranch cutter is made by Brazos Saddlery in Pilot Point, Texas. It is beautifully tooled on the top skirt, pammel, and cantle. The rest of the saddle is rough out including the 17 inch hard seat. The skirts measure 29 inches. The wool is in excellent condition. The saddle has rawhide, oxbow stirrups in like new condition. The back cinch is new, but there is no front girth. The saddle is very comfortable. The horn and tree are tight.
