We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all our items. We will accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days of the receipt of the item. Item must be in the original box and in new condition. ITEM CANNOT HAVE BEEN USED OR PLACED ON A HORSE IN ANY WAY,SHAPE OR FORM! We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value of the item has been diminished in anyway. Item must be returned packed in the same condition in which it was received. For functionality, this item comes with a 14-day warranty from our company. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If the item needs to be sent back to us we request that a letter be placed inside of the box explaining reason for return with item number and the item number on the outside of the box. Please also note whether it is being returned for replacement or for a refund. If a replacement is needed, we will try our best to get you the same model you won, if that is not possible we will try to work with you to find an acceptable replacement. Our warranty expires 14 days from the date of delivery. Turn around time once the non-working item is received, is usually 3-5 business days, depending on the model.
