Up for auction is a TM36 with a top-binned dedomed XM-L2 U4 LED used instead of the SBT-70. By using the XM-L2, much more beam intensity is achieved with some lumen loss. This gives a beam with a brighter hotspot that will reach farther. The XML2 is also a much more efficient LED, giving longer runtime on a battery charge. This light uses 1-4 rechargeable lithium ion 18650 batteries (not included). The reflector on this light is not perfect, BUT IT DOES NOT AFFECT THE BEAM OR OUTPUT IN ANY NOTICEABLE WAY (Some liquid gas from the electronics duster sprayed out onto the reflector as I was cleaning it for final assembly. A picture of it in in the description but it is hard to see.) Because of the different LED, the OLED display only accurately displays light temperature and battery voltage. The LED mounted on a copper Noctigon PCB with direct thermal path, and i mounted to the brass pill using a premium thermal paste and adhesive (Arctic Silver). The LED has carefully been centered, and the reflector has been set for optimal beam intensity. Please do not attempt to remove the reflector, lens, or bezel so as not to adjust the reflector focus.
