This is a good quality tent in excellent condition. It has only been used a few times and all zips are working, there are no holes or tears and all the poles are if good order with no splits and the springs in tact. It is clean and comes with the footprint groundsheet and kids room. I will also put the plain bedroom in incase you'd prefer it. It has 3 bedrooms and you are supposed to be able to fit 3 in each. It would be more comfortable with 2 in each room. You can take the back bedroom out and make the living area bigger. There is also a door at the back of the tent (and one in the bedroom) so it can be opened up for ventilation. It has lots of windows and configurations and I have tried to show a few in the pictures. I'm selling it because I have too many tents. I have got new ones and hoarded the old ones because I couldn't bear to get rid of them. I now want a new tent and am not allowed until I have thinned out my store. Also, I could do with the money.
