Returns-Due to the long shipping times and cost of international shipping, orders outside the US & Canada are not refundable. Most products purchased may be returned within 14 days of shipping for a refund, less the actual shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee as long as the items are in new, unused condition, and contain all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Returning a product that is not in resalable condition and/or without a Return Merchandise Authorization risks forfeiture of product. You must e-mail us for a RMA number before sending anything back. A return authorization is required for all returns. Some items cannot be returned and we reserve the right to deny any return for any reason. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to show up on your account. Buyer is responsible return shipping. A restocking fee may be applied to your return. Items with free shipping- Any of our items that are listed with free shipping apply to Contiguous US only. Shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, APO's, FPO's, etc. may be subject to additional shipping charges. Any order cancellations after payment are subject to a minimum of $10.50 processing fee.
