Just bought this at a local estate sale...hadn't been used in a while, and think the batteries died... We charged it for the recommended 8 hours and after charging only got the 'red light and frowning face...Comes with keys and bag setup.The batteries are faulty but the machine itself is in nice used condition. Will be packed carefully and shipped promptly. I will be taking handle bars off of Segway for shipping.
