We are downsizing and are sad to sell this tent as we have owned it from brand new and have had many family holidays in it. It is a frame tent with a canvass and comes complete with the kitchen frame, curtains and canopy. Also the ground sheet, pegs and inner tents. One inner tent is a four man that did have a divider but the divider got torn. The other inner tent is a 3 man but to be honest my wife and I had 2 camp beds in there comfortably, there isn't room for another. There is plenty of room in the sitting area to put up extra beds if you so wish. The tent when erected is 16ft x 14. The tent is water tight and has kept us dry even in the wettest weather. The tent canvass is in excellent condition and has no mildew, holes or tears. The roof of the inside of the sitting area has had smoke soot from the paraffin lamps. The tent when packed is in 3 bags, 2 which are large and heavy due to the framework poles and canvass. Instructions will given on how to put it up. Cash on collection If it doesn't sell this time we will keep it as spare as I'm sure it will outlast our new one.
