A good quality tent, it is from a no smoking home, always stored inside and in a dry enviorment. Only selling due to health reasons. One of the tent pole is damaged, but it has been replaced with a carbon fiber one which works perfectly well. Comes with foot print which keeps the built in ground sheet clean.
