This tent is like new, no holes, tears or rips. All zippers work great! Comes with origanal tent stakes, tie downs, instructions and carry bags. Tent has always been stored clean, NEVER stored wet. We used carpet under it to add a little cushion to the ground, this also protected the bottom of the tent from any wear and tear.
