this tentis in a used but very good condition it had 2 small tears on the seems which have been repaired it is waterproof and very comfortable it comes with two side opening doors built-in groundsheet it also has a footprint which goes under the tent to protect the ground sheet the tent is 7 metres long 3 metres wide it comes with an awning which adds to the width of the tent I used it as the kitchen I have put a picture on so you can see what it looks like I'm sorry I don't have any recent photographs of the tent its too large to put up in my garden there is also a plastic Pole clip missing but doesn't affect the way the tent goes up I have used it for a couple of years without it. to buy this tent new would cost you over £500 plus the awning I am also including a second tent which sleeps up to six people I will throw this in for free also included with the price is a small kitchen and gas stove with gas bottle reason for sale getting too old for camping and my family is all grown up and flown the nest thank you for looking this is a bargain.... this item is collection only it is too big to send by post
