This listing is for our Hi Gear Sedona 6 family tent which we bought new last year and only used for 3-4 camping trips since. It has been aired out each time before packing away and is a very nice spacious tent with big windows, standing room and a good size bedroom that can be split into 2 3 berth rooms if the need arises.
Measuring roughly 6m x 4m it is allowed on pretty much all camp sites without having to pay the extra premium for a super pitch that most larger family tents incur but without sacrificing living space.
I will also include the footprint and carpet that are made to measure for this tent.
It is easy to pitch and put away. It can be done by one person but is easier with 2 and takes around 30 minutes to put up and peg out.
There have been no issues with leaks even during the gale force winds and hail at easter this year. No smokers or pets have been in this tent. Also included is a porch from the kalahari 8 tunnel tent as hi gear did not make a porch for the sedona but since the kalahari is of similar size and design the porch fits very well and is very stable. It is a steel framed porch that can be easily converted into a canopy by unzipping the front and provides a good size area for cooking/muddy boot storage etc. I have added a photo but please bear in mind we were facing gale force winds that day and while both the porch and tent didn't move it does make the fabric look a little tight. Collection is preferred but if you wish to arrange your own courier I am more than happy to package the items for you.
