Offered for sale is a Lightly used 17" Thorowgood compact general purpose saddle. Less than 1 yr old. Purchased new July 2015.
I only used this saddle about 10 times, its so comfy and secure jumping.
Its not needed only because Ive switched gears from eventing and western to concentrating on western with my young horse and I need to get him a better fitting western saddle. The compact saddle is ideal for short backed horses as well as flat backed horses. Slim rear gussets and a shorter tree.
Deep seat
Great for jumping, synthetic so no worry about getying wet at water jumps or getting caught in the rain.
Adjustable knee and thigh blocks
Non slip suede seat
Changable gullet system.
100% british wool flocked, can be reflocked and adjusted by a professional saddler. Great for hard to fit horses.
Flap is 13.75" These saddles really are nice and have improved so much in the past years. Irons and "leathers" included. Free shipping, lower 48 only.
