First year model (1967) Coleman Oasis 10' x 8' Canvas Tent in EXCELLENT CONDITION! There is one small tear in the front mesh near the zipper (visible in the photo), Otherwise, there are NO HOLES, NO TEARS, NO RIPS, AND NO OTHER SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE. This tent has been very well cared for. NO Mold or mildew, not even a musty smell. One of the best tents I have ever had!It comes with all the poles and ground pegs necessary to set it up. Not all the poles are original, but the set is complete. I have personally set this tent up and it works perfectly! This tent was made in 1967. The Oasis 10' x 8' Model 8476-108 was only made for the first year of this model's run. In 1968 the model number was changed to 8476A108. The Oasis tent is one of Coleman best designed tents. Lightweight for its size and the material used, it is easy to set up and VERY STURDY. My family and I love camping and we go very often. This is the type of tent we have. Using a full size cabin tent like this is so much more comfortable then using a modern compact nylon tent. A grown adult can actually stand up inside one of these tents and it will also sleep 5 adults comfortably. Make no mistake, camping with a real full size tent like the Oasis makes a world of difference!
