It was bought as a collectible and has never been used or carried. Beware of sellers from other locations. This torch was carefully tested for 30 seconds to ensure that all functions are in perfect working order and all is functioning as it should. This is the ultimate survival flashlight. No other flashlight can claim to be able to be found in absolute darkness. The tritium tubes are bright and can be seen glowing even in faint daylight. The half life of tritium is 50 years so I would expect the tubes to still be shining nicely for the next 200 years. The body is titanium. There are seals for weatherproofing. The use of lithium batteries means this flashlight is versatile in application in sub zero temperatures. It has a bright SOS mode for beacon and its firefly mode could be used in a survival situation. I am not aware of any other torch that can stay on for 30 days and nights straight on a single battery with just enough light to be able to do small precise tasks.
