This is a well used tent but still in good condition and offers a comfortable camping holiday. Although it's a 6 birth, it sleeps 4 more comfortably. It's polycotton material so it's nice and quiet. (Polyester ones can be a bit noisy in a bit of wind). Read up on the other benefits of a polycotton tent. The tent has a really good layout with a kitchen porch on the side and the front canopy is great for storage of shoes. There's also a small link hatch between the bedrooms for checking on the kids in the night. Once the outer tent is up, the inner is one big white room (with bedrooms) from front to back so it feels really cosy.We have camped in this tent in a thunderstorm last year and it didn't leak. This is a well used tent and as such is showing some cosmetic wear and tear. Eg. Couple of small rips by the bedroom seams and the window flap in one of the bedrooms needs a little attention with a needle and thread or velcro. There is a ground level storage pouch at the front of the tent - the kids broke the zip on this the other weekend. The metal connecty bit (official terminology) in one section of one of the poles has broken. This doesn't affect the tent, it just means the poles separate before the tent is fully up.
