This is a Coleman Riverside 9 tent. Will comfortably sleep up to 9 people. Design has a sewn in groundsheet to keep out rain and bugs. Three rooms off of main atrium room in the middle. Good condition. Can be seen first for inspection before you buy it. No holes or tears. Tent does include front door awning/canopy shown in one of the pictures but this does have a bent elbow joint that does need replacing (See photos). Tent dimensions: 690cm x 460cm (6.9m wide x 4.6m deep x 2.15m tall apx). Room size is approx. 210cm x 210cm.
