Outwell Vermont XL 7 man Tent with side Awning Tent rrp £1,100 Awning rrp £399 We have had this tent 4 years and have had some wonderful holidays in France with it. The tent has 3 sections, bedrooms, lounge area and front porch/kitchen. The bedrooms are split from left 2, 4 ,1 berth this has a built in ground sheet. The lounge area is a great space with a built in wardrobe and again built in ground sheet. There are 2 Side doors with built in insect nets off this section.In this area we have had an extra shelving unit and blow up sofa with space to spare. The front porch/ kitchen has a tub ground sheet which is clipped into the corners. There is a door out to the front or it can be opened up to form a canopy with poles. We used it like this for our first trip away then last year we bought the side awning to add extra space to an already large tent. This area has a tub groundsheet attached at the corners, it can go on either side of the tent attaching to the door areas. We used this as our kitchen space freeing up the porch for dining space. We bought it second hand in 2012 and have maintained it every year since with a reproofing treatment and it has no leaks. There is some light mould staining on the roof of the tent which was there when we bought it and it doesn't affect use. We have never put away wet as we have only used in France. It packs away into a roller bag with steel poles in a separate bag and the awning is stored in 2 bags too. Included in the sale is a kitchen stand and a freestanding wardrobe. We have loved using this tent but with a small family we have upgraded to a caravan. Collection and cash on collection only due to weight
