Man, this tent hardly weighs anything. One thing I really like about it is that it doesn't need to be staked down if you don't put on the rain fly. This tent is in great condition. All the zippers, poles, closures, clips, and what-have-you all work like they did out of the box. There aren't any rips or tears. There are some minor stains from use.
It comes with the rain fly, tent poles and stakes it originally came with. I think one of the stakes might be broken, but there are still more in there than you need to get the rain fly out.The photos of the tent out on sand I borrowed from another auction listing and do not show the actual tent I am selling, but its the same make, model, color, and condition, so you couldn't tell the difference anyway.
