This is a 14" "Lynn McKenzie" barrel saddle.  I have owned 2 if these saddles - one a semi QH and one (this one) is a Full QH Bar.  I have a wide, no-withered mare that I have used it on.    I have decided that the seat is too small for me.  I bought this saddled "used" 2 years ago.  It has definitely been used and ridden in - there are plenty of scratches in / on the rawhide cantle - I never really noticed it,  until now when I am about to sell it!  See photos.  The horn cap is missing (as it was when I got it).  See photos.  There is a large, deep scuff on the right front swell/pommel. See picture.  The Rawhide cantle, rawhide lacing on the back skirt of the saddle and the matching rawhide stirrups make the saddle really stand out.   I really think it is pretty!  The rough out leather and the suede seat are all worn and have staining as you would expect from a saddle that has been used and loved for years.  See photos.    A new Lynn McKenzie saddle will run between $3000 and $6000!   This a chance to get one for an affordable price.  - The saddle pad and stand are not included.   *When measuring the seat size - I took a ruler and pushed it up against the pommel straight up and down - then measured from that point to the back of the seat.  I did not measure from the horn as some folks mistakenly do.  See my photos so you see how I did it.   - This saddle cost me hundreds more than my buy it now price.
