The leather is in clean, supple condition. Tree is strong and sound. Billets are in excellent condition. Panels under the saddle are even and smooth, wool is soft when the panels are pinched. All nail heads and metal are shiny and clean. The saddle was stored this past season in the tack room and does have a bit of the tack room smell but should "air out" as used again. Small nick/scuff behind the cantle. Personalized nameplate has been removed from behind the cantle and the saddle is ready for your own. :)
Overall this saddle is in very good condition.
