The Reflex has the mono-flap design for closer leg contact, movable knee roll. It has a modest twist is comfortable and supportive this encourages correct seat and leg position. Leg flaps measure 17" from stirrup hangers to bottom of flap plz see picture, I think the seat is a 17 1/2 I did post a picture of measure tape for the seat, this saddle fit my med wide w/b. The serial number on the saddle is 175 2W L 6646 it is a little difficult to read the WL. thank you for looking
