In 2001, due to ever increasing demand, the business expanded the product range to include a range of industrial supplies such as hand and power tools, compressors, and welders.

Payment
Payments must be received within 7 days of auction end. Please allow 5 working days for clearance of cheques from date of receipt.
Our preferred payment method is PayPal however we also accept credit card (Over the phone) and bank transfer.

Shipping
All of our orders are dispatched from Melbourne within 24 hours of recieving payment, unless otherwise stated (Monday-Friday Only).
To pass savings onto customers, we issue authority to leave on all deliveries. If you do not want the item to be left at address, please notify us.
In case of items being lost in transit, or removed from property, we do not incur any legal responsibility. Additional shipping insurance can be purchased upon request.
Items delivered to Residential Addresses will be delivered with Startrack Couriers, with an expected delivery time of 1-3 Business Days
Items delivered to Company Addresses and PO Boxes are delivered with Australia Post, with an expected delivery time of 2-6 Business days
Express Overnight delivery is available at an additional charge. Bulky items may also incur additional freight charges.
Local pickup is available on all items at our store in Ringwood store. Please call us 24 hours in advance to check availability.
Click and Collect service does not offer cash on delivery. Items must be paid prior to delivery to Click and Collect stores.
Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery date. All items must be in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
If product is damaged or used in any way, returns will not be accepted. After 30 days, items will be assumed satisfactory, you customers forfeit the right for returns under "change of mind" circumstances.
Customers pay return shipping costs, unless product is faulty, in which case the item may be returned for warranty purposes.
