This Jeff Smith cutting saddle was made in Terrell, Texas. It is in very good condition. The 17 inch hard seat is rough out as are the fenders and jockeys. The overall skirt length is approximately 28 3/4 inches and the skirts are cut out for close contact. The tooling on this saddle is oak leaf. The horn and tree are tight. The saddle has strings, Nettles stirrups, and a back cinch. There is no front girth.
